Why we request access to your social accounts
Publishing is optional. If you choose to connect an account, Suno Sunao requests only the minimum permissions needed to publish your own videos to your own account.
YouTube (Google)
- youtube.upload — to upload your own generated video to your channel when you click Publish.
- youtube.readonly — to read your channel's name and thumbnail so you can confirm and choose which of your channels to publish to.
Instagram (Meta)
- instagram_content_publish — to publish your own generated video as a Reel to your Instagram Business/Creator account.
- instagram_basic, pages_show_list, business_management — to identify your account and the linked Instagram Business account so you can pick where to publish.
We access these accounts only to publish videos you create in Suno Sunao, to the
account you select. We never read, list, or modify your existing posts or videos, and we
do not request broad account-management scopes. You can disconnect any account at any time
in Settings.
