Data Deletion Instructions

You can permanently delete your Suno Sunao account and all data associated with it at any time. This includes any data we obtained from accounts you connected — such as Google/YouTube and Facebook/Instagram — for publishing your generated videos.

Option 1 — Delete your account in the app (recommended)

This wipes out your account and all of your data, immediately and permanently.

1. Sign in at https://sunosunao.ai.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
4. Click Delete Account and confirm.

Option 2 — Disconnect a specific social account

If you only want to remove the data we obtained from a connected Facebook/Instagram or Google/YouTube account (without deleting your whole Suno Sunao account), you can revoke that connection:

1. Go to Settings → Connected accounts.
2. Find the account and click Disconnect.

Disconnecting revokes our access and deletes the access token and account details we stored for that connection. You can also revoke access from the provider directly — for Facebook/Instagram via your Meta account settings under Business Integrations / Apps and Websites, and for Google via your Google account permissions.

Option 3 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email us and we will delete your account and all associated data on your behalf. Please write from the email address associated with your account so we can verify your request.

Send deletion requests to privacy@snetlabs.com. We will action verified requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
