Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Suno Sunao (the “Service”), operated by SNet Labs Pvt Ltd. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be of legal age to use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to create or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or that violates the terms of any platform you publish to.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
You must hold the necessary rights to any lyrics, audio, images, or accounts you use with the Service.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (e.g. to store, process, and — when you request it — publish that content to accounts you connect).

4. Connected accounts & publishing

When you connect a YouTube or Instagram account and choose to publish, you authorize Suno Sunao to upload the selected content to that account on your behalf. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their respective terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. You are responsible for the content you publish.

5. Credits & availability

Certain features consume credits. The Service is provided “as is”, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that generated output will meet your expectations.

6. Disclaimer & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or suspend/terminate accounts that violate them. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
