This Privacy Policy explains how Suno Sunao (“Suno Sunao”, “we”, “us”),
a service operated by SNet Labs Pvt Ltd, collects, uses, stores, and protects your
information when you use our AI music and video studio (the “Service”). By using
the Service you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name and email address, used to create and secure your account (authentication is handled via Amazon Cognito).
- Content you create — lyrics, prompts, generated songs, images, and videos you produce with the Service, along with related settings.
- Connected social accounts — when you choose to connect a YouTube or Instagram account, we receive an authorization token and basic profile details (such as your channel/account name and avatar) needed to publish on your behalf.
- Usage data — basic technical logs (e.g. request timestamps, error diagnostics) used to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use your information
- To generate the music, images, and videos you request.
- To publish your generated videos to the social accounts you explicitly connect and select.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about your account or the Service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content or
connected-account data for advertising.
3. Google and YouTube account data
If you connect a Google/YouTube account, Suno Sunao uses
YouTube API Services
to let you upload and manage videos on your own channel. Specifically:
- We request the scopes
youtube.upload (to upload videos you create) and youtube.readonly (to read your channel name so we can show which account you’re publishing to).
- We access your YouTube account only to perform actions you initiate in Suno Sunao (i.e. uploading a video you chose to publish). We do not read, modify, or delete any other content on your channel.
- We store the Google authorization token in encrypted form (see “How we protect your data”) and use it solely to fulfil your publish requests.
Limited Use disclosure. Suno Sunao’s use and transfer
of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the Limited Use requirements.
By connecting your account you also agree to the
YouTube Terms of Service,
and your use of Google services is subject to the
Google Privacy Policy.
You can review or revoke Suno Sunao’s access to your Google account at any time at
myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. Instagram / Meta account data
If you connect an Instagram (Business/Creator) account via Meta, we receive a
long-lived access token and your account name, used solely to publish videos
(Reels) you choose to post. Your use of Meta services is subject to the
Instagram Privacy Policy.
You can revoke access from your Instagram/Facebook account settings.
5. How we protect your data
- Connected-account tokens are encrypted at rest using AWS Key Management Service (KMS) and are never exposed to the browser.
- All data is transmitted over TLS/HTTPS.
- Content and data are stored on Amazon Web Services infrastructure.
- Access to your data is limited to operations you initiate.
6. Data sharing
We share data only as needed to run the Service:
- Platforms you publish to — when you publish, the relevant video and caption are sent to the account/platform you selected (e.g. YouTube, Instagram).
- Infrastructure and model providers — e.g. Amazon Web Services (hosting) and AI model providers used to generate content, acting as processors on our behalf.
- Legal — where required by law.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
7. Data retention & deletion
- Disconnecting a social account (Settings → Connected accounts) immediately deletes the stored token for that account.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated content at any time by contacting us (below); we will delete it within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
- Revoking access via the Google/Meta account settings also invalidates our stored tokens.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your
jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected
by updating the “Last updated” date above.
