This policy explains refunds and cancellations for purchases made on
Suno Sunao (“we”, “us”), a service operated by SNet Labs Pvt Ltd. It covers
credits, subscription plans, and community licensing. By making a
purchase you agree to this policy.
1. Credits
- Credits are a prepaid virtual currency used to generate music, lyrics, images, and videos, and to license community content.
- Purchased credits are generally non-refundable once added to your balance, as they can be used immediately for on-demand AI generation.
- Failed or duplicate charges (e.g. you were charged but credits were not added, or charged twice for the same order) are fully refunded — contact us with your payment ID.
- If a generation fails due to an error on our side, the credits for that job are automatically returned to your balance; no request is needed.
2. Subscription plans
- You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan benefits and included credits remain available until the end of the current billing period.
- We do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by applicable law.
- If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and have not used that period's included credits, contact us within 7 days and we will review a refund on a good-faith basis.
3. Community licensing
When you spend credits to use another creator's audio, lyrics, or recipe, the
license is delivered immediately and is non-refundable once the licensed asset
has been made available to you, since a share is paid out to the creator.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@snetlabs.com from your
registered email address with your payment ID (from the Razorpay receipt) and a
short description. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment
method via our payment processor (Razorpay), and typically appear within
5–7 business days depending on your bank.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes are reflected by
updating the “Last updated” date above.
